Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Miraculous (“we,” “us,” or “the app”) governing your use of the Miraculous mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Miraculous, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Miraculous helps you record, remember, and reflect on meaningful moments — logging them with a note, a place, and a date, and revisiting them on a map, a calendar, and in optional guided reflections. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

• You must sign in (with Apple, Google, or email) to use the app, and you are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Miraculous.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Miraculous offers an auto-renewable subscription (“Miraculous Pro”) that unlocks additional features. The following applies to all subscriptions:

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Price and terms. The subscription title, length, and price are shown on the in-app purchase screen before you buy. Prices may change; any change applies to future renewals and, where required, only after notice to you.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We do not directly control refunds for App Store purchases.

Your content

Your entries belong to you. You retain all rights to the miracles, notes, prayers, photos, and other content you create in Miraculous. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display your content back to you and to operate the app’s features (such as generating a reflection you request). We do not sell your content or share your entries with other users. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or other users’ data.
• Upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law.

Disclaimers

Miraculous is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Guided reflections are generated for personal encouragement and are not professional, medical, legal, or spiritual advice. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miraculous and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Miraculous at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

Apple’s standard terms

These Terms incorporate the minimum terms of Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “standard EULA”), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms conflict with the standard EULA, the more protective terms for you apply. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content; however, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Miraculous after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
